BIOL103- Environmental Biology

 

The world population is growing, plants and animals are going extinct, climate is changing, and pollution and sustainable use of resources are ever-present problems.  This course is designed to give the learner an understanding of how science works, especially in relation to how our environment works.  No matter your major, you will confront environmental issues that touch you directly – so it is crucial that you have a basic understanding of the science and policy behind these issues.  This class will give you that knowledge.
